Fantastic Stay!
helpful staff modern equipment useful microwave peak hours
The hotel staff was helpful! They helped me with directions. The gym had modern equipment, including several treadmills and bikes. My room also had a useful microwave and a midsize refrigerator, great.
The street outside was somewhat noisy, especially with traffic at peak hours.

The fitness center includes three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and free weights, great for diverse workout routines. There is also a business center available with computers and printing services. These are available 24/7 to guests.

I found the room to be very clean! the bed was comfortable too. eric at reception was helpful upon my arrival. I appreciated his assistance and the valet parking service. also the staff took good care of the luggage hold, nice.

airport access spacious room daily cleaning
The hotel's proximity to the Blue Line made airport access simple. The Loop and many downtown attractions were within easy walking distance (it saved on transportation costs). The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The daily cleaning was thorough.
The shower had low water pressure.
